Recently completed, the guest room was specially designed to accommodate teleworkers or digital nomads looking for a large space with an office and a very high-speed internet connection (130Mps on average) The “Desk, Bed & Breakfast” includes a large, very bright bedroom of 25m2 with a double sea and valley view, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is located in an annex house and is accessible by an independent staircase. It is equipped with 2 hotel quality beds, a large work desk, a lounge area with tea and coffee and a satellite connection. The large garden is available to guests, as well as a lunch area under the apple tree or on the terrace depending on the weather. The Grands Sables beach is 200 m away by direct access as well as the GR 340. Absolute calm and breathtaking views of the islands of Houat and Hoëdic for a stay surrounded by nature. Breakfast is made up of Belle Ile products: butter and yogurt from Pilou, bread and brioche from Maria and Joachim, homemade jam. A small adjacent room is available for one person: €40/night breakfast included. For meals, possibility of using the microwave in the main house. Homemade picnic on request €15 per person Transfers Le Palais/Desk, Bed & Breakfast and return included. Possibility of renting electric bikes delivered on site. Energy supplied by ENERCOP (100% sustainable). Minimum stays of 2 nights. From 110 to 130€ per night. 30% deposit upon booking. Pets are not accepted.
