The house is located in Herlin, on the edge of the moor at the entrance to the village, in a fenced garden of 1,400 m² surrounded by hedges, at the end of a 50 m private access road, set back from the road leading to the beaches of Herlin and Baluden as well as the coastal paths. Herlin is a village located in the south-central part of the island, 800 meters from the beaches of Herlin and Baluden and 6 km from 'Le Palais' which is the arrival port and shopping center. Configuration of the house and equipment The house has a ground floor and an upper floor. Living room: 7-seater sofa + armchair, table and chairs, radio and satellite television, DVD player, Wifi Kitchen: refrigerator, 2-bowl sink, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, food processor, electric coffee maker... Fully equipped with complete kitchenware (pressure cooker, etc., cutlery and crockery for at least 12 people...) Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, garden and BBQ equipment, seats, storage Terrace: south facing , garden furniture, fixed barbecue, parasol... Outdoor shower with hot and cold water Upstairs: 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom via exterior access Bathroom (bath, sink, bathroom cabinet) Separate WC, office area, Wifi , USB sockets, lean-to Storage room (vacuum cleaner, fridge, freezer, ironing board, storage, etc.) WC 2 bathrooms: shower with thermostatic faucet, sink with mixer tap, bathroom cabinet. Baby equipment available: potty, chair, travel cot with mattress and duvet. Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning for €60. Household linen available on request. Well-behaved dogs allowed. Rental from May 1 to August 15.
