Pretty and pleasant apparently, calm and bright of 50 m², on the second floor with a beautiful view of the Vauban citadel and the port of Le Palais. Located on the quay two minutes walk from the landing stage, shops, restaurants and 500 m from the beach of Ramonette or that of Castoul. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, small household appliances) open to the living room with sofa bed (140x190), television, DVD player, table and chairs for meals. There is a bedroom with a bed (140x190) and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. For toddlers we have a folding bed and a high chair. The situation is ideal for a stay without a car; you will find nearby vehicle rentals and the bus station to get around by bus. We provide towels and bed sheets, included in the rental price. A deposit of 300€ is requested upon your arrival. At the end of the stay the apartment must be cleaned and clean as on your arrival, if you do not wish to do the cleaning we will ask you for a flat rate of 45€. 3 night minimum stay. Rental all year round.
