"l'Atelier", Townhouse with a capacity of 7 people in Le Palais The house is located in the heart of Palais, in one of the oldest streets in the city, all of whose buildings were occupied on the ground floor by shops or workshops. Most of the original buildings can still be seen there. The house, completely renovated, has kept its workshop door from that time, and most recently a carpentry workshop. The area, very quiet but in the immediate vicinity of all amenities (shops, market, restaurants, cinema, etc.), includes a few shops such as art galleries, decoration stores, delicatessens, etc. The proximity of shops, the daily market and all means of transport to visit the island (bike rental, cars, bus departures) make it a place to consider a stay without a car. It also allows you to reach the beaches of Ramonette (15 minutes on foot) or Castoul (20 minutes on foot). Description: This old house, completely renovated, offers over 130 m2 of floor space: - a ground floor with entrance, a large, friendly living room with fitted kitchen and lounge, a bathroom with shower and toilet, - a first floor, with two adjoining bedrooms (a large through bedroom with single bed, adjoining a bedroom with double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - a second floor with a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet (WC, sink). Equipment: WIFI TV, DVD player, chromecast 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, mixer-beater Washing machine, tumble dryer The price includes end-of-stay cleaning, provision of sheets (beds made on arrival) and household linen, water and electricity charges. It does not include the tourist tax, to be paid with the balance (€1.70 per adult per day).
