Most of the original buildings can still be seen there. The house, completely renovated, has retained its workshop door from this period, and lastly a carpentry. The area, very quiet but close to all amenities (shops, market, restaurants, cinema ...), includes a few shops such as art galleries, decoration shops, delicatessens, ... The proximity of shops , the daily market and all the means of transport to visit the island (bicycle rental, cars, bus departures) make it a place to consider a stay without a car. It also allows you to reach the beaches of Ramonette (1/4 hour on foot) or Castoul (20 min on foot). This old house, completely renovated, offers over 130 m² of floor space: - a ground floor with entrance, a large friendly living room with fitted kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower and WC, - a first floor, with two adjoining bedrooms (a large bedroom with a single bed adjoining a bedroom with a double bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, - a second floor with a large double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a study toilets (toilet, washbasin). The price includes end-of-stay cleaning, supply of sheets (beds made on arrival) and household linen, water and electricity charges. Rental all year round: High season and school holidays: weekly rental Short stays and long weekends: contact us Rates: Rate per week: maximum €1,900 / minimum €1,000 Tourist tax not included: €1.50 per day and per person A deposit of 800 € will be requested upon arrival.
