Ideally located 10min walk from the family beach of Kérel, and close to the coastal paths and the magnificent beaches of Yeyew and Dotchot. The house is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Ideal for families or stay with friends. Covering an area of 90m², it consists of a main room - living room, dining room and open kitchen - 4 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms with double bed (140x190cm), and 2 small bedrooms with two single beds (80x190cm). ) and a double bed (130x190cm)), 2 bathrooms, a rest area, a through veranda. Slightly out of the way, the bedroom on the ground floor and its adjoining bathroom offer additional calm for resting. The house is equipped with every comfort, including for children / babies (high chair, baby bath, changing mat, travel cot, etc.). Very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender... Library, quality bedding, duvets and pillows, washing machine and dryer, Bluetooth speaker.... A garden with trees and a sunny terrace with barbecue equipment and garden furniture adjoin the back of the house. ADSL Wi-Fi internet. Use of the fireplace prohibited. Private parking space. Lane with very little traffic in the hamlet for a calm and friendly environment. The supply of sheets, towels and household linen will be charged at 50 euros per double bed and 40 euros per single bed. Pets are not accepted. A cleaning fee of 120 euros for the stay applies in addition to the prices indicated. Hiring any period of the year, minimum with the week. We also accept monthly and long-term rentals from September to June. Rental price per week: January 1st to April 08: 600 euros April 08 to July 08: 750 euros July 08 to July 29: 1100 euros July 29 to September 02: 1300 euros September 02 to November 05: 700 euros November 05 to December 31: 500 euros
