You will be at home in 5 minutes on foot, at the exit of the boat, in a bright duplex of 60m², 4 beautiful windows let in the sun all day, in the heart of the Palace. Character building with secure entry by digicode, cement tile stairwell and maintained hallway. Access to the backyard for bicycles (bring your locks). 3rd floor, right door! Welcome to the nutty cat. Living room with sofa and armchairs to curl up in, old fireplace (unfortunately condemned), coconut wood and linen atmosphere, antique furniture mixed with today's cozy comfort. Library and English secretary (1900) to write the story of your vacation to your friends. Shower room, WC, 1 sink and 1 washing machine. The staircase invites you to discover 2 bedrooms upstairs, cozy under exposed beams, 1 parental bed and 2 single beds. The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep, people with reduced mobility refrain). Sheets provided at no extra charge, you will be happy and relieved to see the beds made on your arrival for more comfort. Small view to the left of the Port, the Citadel and the market. Direct access to local shops and very friendly local market every morning, restaurants, ferry terminal and Tourist Office. Summer evenings are often enlivened by neighborhood concerts/bars and "pedestrian palaces" car-free night craft market. Free parking 5 minutes walk from the top of the vaults (either left or right). The apartment is non-smoking and our animal friends are not accepted. Baby chair, cot available on request. Children's toy box. Towels are not provided. The apartment is available on the day of arrival at 4 p.m. and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Rental by the night (2 nights minimum) possible from September to April.
