The charming decoration equipped with efficient and functional equipment comfortably accommodates 3 to 5 families in complete independence: 5 parental bedrooms and two children's bedrooms, including a pretty dormitory/games room of 32 m2. The 2 living rooms are equipped with sofa beds to accommodate passing guests. The two houses surround the swimming pool heated from April to October and equipped with an electric roller shutter. Each house has a private, closed garage, ideal for storing bicycles, golf clubs, fishing or diving equipment... We can organize the first shopping trips for you, fill the refrigerator and the wine cellar. The tree-lined garden of the Grandes Maisons de Chubiguer extends over a fully enclosed hectare with a flower garden, an orchard and a playground.
