Large and beautiful 50 m² living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening directly onto a south-facing tiled terrace with enclosed garden. The house comprises 4 bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding, each with a wardrobe (shelving and hanging space). 2 bathrooms with double sinks, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and 2 separate toilets. Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: one 160 cm double bed; Bedroom 2 (ground floor): one 140 cm double bed (direct access to the terrace); Bedroom 3: two single beds (80cm) or one double bed (160cm); Bedroom 4: two single beds (80cm) or one double bed (160cm) + one single bed (90cm) + one pull-out bed. High-quality amenities. Optional extras during your stay: • Bed linen: €35 per bed; • Household linen: €5, towels: €15 per person, beach towels: €2; • Pets: €35 for short stays and weekly rentals. Available for rent year-round. Minimum 1-week rental between July 4, 2026 and August 29, 2026. The house can accommodate up to 9 adults and 1 child under 12 (pull-out bed). Other houses are available for rent nearby. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €200
