Our vacation rental can accommodate up to 7 people and faces South-West. On the ground floor: Kitchen open to a large living room with direct access to the garden - 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC. A storeroom and a garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 1 double bed - 1 WC - 1 bathroom with shower, dressing room. The house "Bordardoué" is part of a hamlet of 8 holiday rental houses (capacity from 1 to 8 people), located in the village of Kerdavid, in the commune of Locmaria, south of Belle-île-en-mer . It is a new, bright and functional house. Each house has its terrace with garden and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Baby equipment on request. Children will be able to enjoy a large enclosed park adjacent to the houses to play freely. 100 meters away, a farm offers fresh products all year round. Kerdavid is a village appreciated by visitors: calm and authenticity! Grands sables beach is 2 km from the houses, a large white sand beach ideal for walking, swimming and sailing with its nautical center. Bakery, supermarket and press in the town of Locmaria 3 minutes by car. Here, everything is there to have a pleasant stay and disconnect from everyday life! July and August: 10 nights minimum School holidays: 5 nights minimum Off season: 4 nights minimum Prices include: accommodation, linen (sheets and towels), water and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning. On request: hiking trip or “Liberté en Zoé” pack (accommodation + Zoé car available), excluding school holidays and public holiday weekends, for 1 to 4 people.
