Our vacation rental, rated 3 stars, can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor: Kitchen open to living room with direct access to the garden - 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC. South-West exposure. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed - 1 with 2 single beds - 1 WC. Sheets and linen are included for 2 people. The house "Port-Andro" is part of a hamlet of 8 holiday rental houses (capacity from 2 to 8 people) located in the village of Kerdavid, in the commune of Locmaria, south of Belle île en mer. C It is a bright, functional house well located in a quiet and green setting. Each house has its terrace with garden and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Baby equipment on request. Children will be able to enjoy a large enclosed park adjacent to the houses to play freely. Depending on the season, you will be able to harvest vegetables from the vegetable garden! 150 meters away, a farm offers fresh products all year round. Kerdavid is also ideally located for bike rides with the possibility of going to the other side of the island without a single hill! Grands sables beach is 2 km from the houses, a large white sand beach ideal for walking, swimming and sailing with its nautical center. Bakery, supermarket and press in the town of Locmaria 3 minutes by car. Here, everything is there to have a pleasant stay and disconnect from everyday life! July and August: 10 nights minimum School holidays: 5 nights minimum Off season: 3 nights minimum Prices include: accommodation, linens (sheets and towels), water and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning. On request: hiking trip or “Liberté en Zoé” pack (accommodation + Zoé car available), excluding school holidays and public holiday weekends, for 1 to 4 people.
