We rent a detached house by the week or fortnight. Double belliloise farmhouse, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Its surface is 210m2 with 2 terraces (in front and behind the house). The house is located in the village of Taillefer, 5 minutes from Le Palais, in a quiet location and out of sight on a plot of 1,400 m2. From the garden you have a sea view with a magnificent sunset in summer. The house is 3 minutes walk from St Julien beach and very close to Kastoul beach. The nearby coastal paths are ideal for escape and for walkers/joggers. The garden is maintained and cleared. The house has an internet connection with TV and WIFI (Freebox). On the ground floor: - Entrance - 1 toilet - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed with private bathroom + toilet. - 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed - 1 shower room - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer - 1 spacious and very well equipped open kitchen opening onto a large living area with lounge and dining room, all on 100m2 with large bay windows with sea views. The double exposure of the house makes it very bright. - 1 garage on the 1st floor - 1 mezzanine - 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed - 1 bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds - 1 dormitory with 1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds - 1 bathroom - 1 toilet The house is equipped in addition to the rental price with garden furniture, 2 large outdoor tables with chairs, deckchairs, a plancha, a ping pong table and 2 electric bikes. The house is completely NON-SMOKING. Pets are not allowed. Linen is provided. Cleaning is included. Rental from Saturday (arrival after 4pm) to Saturday (departure before 10am). This family holiday home in Belle Ile is ideal for a stay with family or friends to rest, recharge your batteries, enjoy the authentic landscapes and the sea with all the water sports offered on the island.
