Upstairs, one of its bedrooms also has its own terrace with a sea view. The garden with its sea view is decorated in particular with pine trees, apple trees, cherry trees, plum trees, two large oaks and a fig tree. Two walking paths, a hundred meters from the house, lead to the coastal paths, to the picturesque and no less famous port of Sauzon on one side and to the coves on the other. Located 15 minutes from the lighthouse site and the Poulains golf course or the Sarah Bernhardt fort but also 10 minutes from Donnant beach, this house is ideally located for discovering the charms of Belle Ile whatever the means of transport. you will choose to survey it. The house, equipped with the latest generation of equipment, will welcome you fully open, beds made and linen provided, all year round. Prices 2024 School holidays (except July and August): €1,980 per week. From 07/06 to 07/20/2024: €2,800 per week. From 07/20 to 08/31/2024: €3,700 per week. Outside these periods: €1,500 per week. Short stays, minimum three nights, are accepted outside school holidays, at the rate of €300 per night, or €900 for 3 nights.
